Preston Gan is the System Transformation Programme Manager, at NHS Grampian.  Preston qualified as a Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt holder.

Preston’s current role carries the responsibility to oversee transformation of healthcare services and organisational change to deliver on true whole system integrated care in the Grampian region.

With over thirteen years’ experience in a variety of management roles in healthcare, most notably within Facilities Management, as Head of Business Services and Performance, Preston, brought about transformational change and improvement to the profile and positioning of the Facilities Management Sector as an “Informed Partner”, and delivered on organisational strategy and performance goals.

In his career, Preston graduated with an MBA, also a Chartered Surveyor, and has won multiple industry awards with the most recent “Facilities Management Professional of the Year” by the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM).  Preston contributes to the influence of Facilities Management across the UK as a Board Member for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Scotland, author to various Facilities Management industry articles and publications, keynote speaker and moderator at industry conferences and events.
