National Improvement Advisor, NHS Golden Jubilee – Centre for Sustainable Delivery / NHS Lanarkshire

A nurse by profession, Rosanne specialised in perioperative practice for many years before moving into governance in 2012, where she held a number of positions in a variety of NHS health boards across UK.

In 2018, Rosanne moved to the Scottish Government initially as part of the Service Reform Team, before joining the Scottish Access Collaborative (SAC) in 2020 as a Programme Manager for Bringing it Together (BiT).

Following the establishment of the Centre for Sustainable Delivery (CfSD), Rosanne is now a National Improvement Advisor leading the Scottish National Cataract Subspecialty Delivery Group and the Rheumatology Specialty Delivery Group.
