Roy Lawrence

Roy has worked in Learning & Organisational Development for over 20 years as well as Social Work & Social Care. Roy has also spent time in the independent sector with SWIIS Foster Care between 2008 - 2012 where he set up the Learning & Development Service for the UK and was a member of the Strategic Business Board and the Open University's UK Strategic Employers Board.

Roy qualified as a Licenced Practitioner in Kantor Behavioural Profiling in 2015 and has worked with a wide range of individuals and teams including Executive teams, Senior Management Teams, Social Work, Education and Health services across sectors. Roy is also an accredited Mediator and worked with the Scottish Government’s Collective Leadership Team to deliver a GIRFEC pilot in Argyll & Bute. Roy has led a range of leadership and culture initiatives across Fife including designing and delivering Systems Leadership programmes for the Health & Social Care Partnership and the Children's Services Partnership Group.

He has a real interest in systems leadership and interpersonal behaviours and how these drive and support business strategy and strategic thinking, organisational culture, change and operational service delivery.
