Climate Programme Manager, Health Care Without Harm (HCWH) Europe

Scott leads Health Care Without Harm (HCWH) Europe’s Climate-smart Healthcare programme, which aims to transform European healthcare into a low-carbon and climate resilient sector. Prior to this, Scott worked with the Scottish Government, managing the delivery of large-scale renewable demonstration projects and developing national-level policy in areas of energy efficiency and low carbon heat. He is also former Carbon Manager with Historic Environment Scotland, developing and implementing carbon reduction practices to reduce the organisation's climate impact.

A qualified project manager, Scott holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University, and an MSc (with distinction) in Carbon & Energy Management from Heriot-Watt University.
