Taking Care of Yourself to Take Care of Others - Why Wellbeing Matters

14:00 - 15:15

Every person working in health and social care has been part of the incredible, national response that has helped to save lives throughout the most significant challenge that our health and social care services has ever faced.

During this session, delegates will hear from colleagues across health and social care on why wellbeing should be embedded within organisations to become part of everyone’s working lives. The panellists will share lived experience of how they have taken care of their own wellbeing.

The panel will also discuss how improving our own wellbeing can lead to a better culture within an organisation, leading to an improved standard of service and ultimately better patient care.
