Overview

Our objectives are to promote, support and develop key leadership attributes within health, social care and social work demonstrating the importance of values and insight as well as ability and ambition. We are responsible for creating the skills, behaviours and culture to realise the ambitions of the nurture pillar in the National Workforce Strategy for Health and Social Care. We will support a talent pipeline of our highest potential people and visible succession planning to our most senior roles. Our aim is to make Health and Social Care an exemplar employer of proud, fulfilled and engaged staff.
