Submissions are welcome from NHS Scotland employees, our voluntary and partner organisations, and other public or private sector organisations on any aspect of work they are undertaking in, with or on behalf of NHS Scotland.
Please note the format for the poster display:
- The top scoring 100 poster abstracts will be invited to display a poster at the event as well as in the online poster showcase. Around 25 of these will also be invited to give a short presentation of their work.
- A further 100 poster abstracts will be selected to display their poster in the online poster showcase.

| 27 May – 19 June | Shortlisting of Submissions |
| 25 June | Results of shortlisting by email |
| 25 June – 4 Sept | Poster Authors to prepare poster and supporting materials. |
| 4 Sept | Online poster showcase open |
