13:30 – 14:45
Successful digital transformation depends on people, processes and partnership as much as technology. This session explores MyCare.scot, a national digital service connecting people with health and care information, alongside NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s Digital Clinical Notes programme, transforming inpatient nursing documentation.
Speakers will share lessons from national and regional initiatives, highlighting workforce engagement, clinical leadership, standardisation and collaboration. Delegates will hear practical experiences of implementing change at scale, including overcoming adoption challenges while maintaining quality, safety and user confidence.
The session will demonstrate how digital transformation can improve access, strengthen governance, enhance documentation quality and support safer, connected care.
