Please note that along with a new venue for 2025, we’re introducing a new format for the poster display:

• The top scoring 100 poster abstracts will be invited to display a poster at the event as well as in the online poster showcase.  The top 30 of these will also be invited to give a short presentation of their work.
• A further 100 poster abstracts will be selected to display their poster in the online poster showcase.

Call for Poster Abstracts open

04/02/2025 – 25/02/2025

Poster Authors download and complete poster abstract form and once completed submit to Poster Co-ordinator/Employer Governance for comment

25/02/2025 – 18/03/2025

Poster Authors amend poster abstract based on the feedback provided by poster co-ordinators and submit final poster abstract via the online submission portal

Closing date for submitting poster abstract submissions

18/03/2025 – 08/04/2025

Shortlisting of Submissions

11/04/2025

Results of shortlisting by email.

The top 100 scoring poster abstract authors will be invited to display a poster at the Event and upload their final poster and supporting materials to our online poster showcase. 30 of the top scoring 100 posters will be invited to give a short presentation at the Event.  In addition, a further 100 poster abstract authors will be invited to display their poster via the online poster showcase along with any relevant supporting materials.
