Event Partner

One Opportunity

Cost: £9,500 + VAT

What’s included in the package?

• A bespoke 30 minute lunchtime session for up to 100 delegates hosted in a dedicated area and listed on the conference programme;

• An exhibition table located within the main catering and networking space at the Event;

• Your branding to be included on all title slides prior to each session on the conference programme;
• Your branding to be positioned on digital screens throughout the venue giving information about the event;

• Entry on the NHS Scotland Event App and Online Desktop Platform  All in person attendees will use the Event App to access Event information on the day and all attendees (in person and online) will have access to a desktop platform for viewing hybrid sessions both on the day and after the Event.  Your entry will include a logo; organisation profile; links to website and social sites; organisation contact names; and the option to link to supporting resources such as documents, web pages, videos and images.

• Promotion through the Event social media channels;
• Your branding on all communication to delegates in the run up to the event;
• Branding, information about your company/organisation and a link to your website from the Event website;
• Your organisation and support acknowledged in the opening session of the Event; and
• Two delegate spaces at the NHS Scotland Event 2025.

 

Event Supporter

Cost: £4,500 + VAT

What’s included in the package?

• Your branding to be included on all title slides prior to each session on the conference programme;
• An exhibition table with two chairs and space for displaying products;
• Your branding to be positioned on digital screens throughout the venue giving information about the event;

• Entry on the NHS Scotland Event App and Online Desktop Platform  All in person attendees will use the Event App to access Event information on the day and all attendees (in person and online) will have access to a desktop platform for viewing hybrid sessions both on the day and after the Event.  Your entry will include a logo; organisation profile; links to website and social sites; organisation contact names; and the option to link to supporting resources such as documents, web pages, videos and images.

Advert in Event App and Online Desktop Platform

Cost: £500 + VAT

 

Those attending in person will use the Event App as a reference for session times, rooms, speaker information etc. Advertising in the Event App will provide your organisation with high visibility in the run up and during the Event.

 

This year’s hybrid Event will also feature an online desktop platform which will facilitate the live streaming of a selection of programme content – this will also provide an opportunity to feature an advert for your organisation. All attendees, both in person and online, will have access to the Event on the day for viewing live sessions and after the Event to watch recorded sessions
