Exhibitor Costs

Exhibitor Costs Include:

  • Exhibition table located within the main catering and networking space at the Event;
  • Two Exhibitor representatives to attend from your organisation;
  • Entry on the NHS Scotland Event App and Online Desktop Platform  All in person attendees will use the Event App to access Event information on the day and all attendees (in person and online) will have access to a desktop platform for viewing hybrid sessions both on the day and after the Event.  Your entry will include a logo; organisation profile; links to website and social sites; organisation contact names; and the option to link to supporting resources such as documents, web pages, videos and images.
  • Listing on the NHS Scotland Event Website. All exhibitors will be listed on the NHS Scotland Events website with a link to their website home page.

 

Costs for exhibition tables;

  • £990 + VAT for an exhibition table for non-commercial organisations
  • £1,750 + VAT for an exhibition table for commercial organisations

 

Please note that due to the space available within the venue, there are 10 x opportunities for Exhibitors in 2025.
